All sales of customized hats are final. Hats personalized with embellishments or customized in our Bespoke Hat Lounge cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, with receipt, for a refund to the original form of payment or for store credit. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. A restocking fee may apply.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
